Round 3: CH2, turn your work so that you are working into the back bump of the last SC you made; Work 3 DC into same space as ch2; Skipping next sc, continue working into back bump of last DC worked; SKIP next sc (dc, ch 2). DO NOT JOIN YOUR CHAINS. (6 DC)

The magic ring should look like this now:

Round 4: SL ST into first DC of round 3; CH2; Work 3 DC into same space as sl St; SL ST into top of first CH2 from previous round; Turn your work so that you are working into front bump of last 3DC just made; Work 6DC into same space as sl St from previous round. DO NOT JOIN YOUR CHAINS.

How to Make

Making a magic ring is not as difficult as it may seem. The following steps will show you how to crochet a magic ring:

1. Chain 3.

2. Make 2 SC in the third chain from the hook. (You will now have a loop.)

3. Make 1 SC in every other stitch around the ring. (4 SCs)

4. Fasten off and weave in any loose ends. Congratulations! You have just made a magic ring!

The Magic Ring Trick

The magic ring trick is a crochet technique that can be used to create a ring. To do this, you will need to know how to crochet in the round and make a chain loop. You will also need some yarn and a size G/6 (4mm) crochet hook.

The Magic Ring Trick 2

The Magic Ring Trick is a popular crochet technique that can create a wide range of accessories, including necklaces, earrings, and even coasters. This free tutorial will show you how to do the trick step-by-step.

First, make a magic ring by crocheting 6 sc in middle of your work.

Next, ch 1 and turn your work so the rings are now facing outwards. You will now be working in the front loop only of each ring. Sc in first ring, ch 1 again andsc in next ring (this forms the second half of the magic ring). Sc in last ring, ch 1 and turn your work.

Your magic ring should now look like this:

Next, we’ll start making our accessory using the magic ring. Make two more sc in each of the four remaining loops inside the magic ring. You should now have 8 sc inside the magic ring.

Next, we’re going to switch to our dpns and start making our chain (this will form our necklace): Skip first stitch, dc in next 2 stitches, *ch 1, skip next stitch*, repeat from * to * until you reach last stitch (skip first dc), dc in last stitch. Your necklace should now look something like this:

Now it’s time to add some final details to our necklace! Make two hdc in each of the four remaining loops inside the magic ring (8 hdc total).

The Magic Ring Trick 3

The Magic Ring Trick is a great way to learn how to crochet quickly. It’s also a fun project to work on with friends. This tutorial will show you how to do the trick. First, you need some yarn and a crochet hook. The finished size of the magic ring should be about 6 inches in diameter.

To start:

Chain 4 (or any number). You will use this chain as your foundation row for the magic ring.

Next, create a loop by drawing up a loop of yarn around your crochet hook (you should have 3 loops on your hook). Do not pull through all of the loops yet – just make sure that they are all tucked inside the chain stitch you just created.

Now, insert your crochet hook into the first of these loops (the one closest to your chain). Yarn over and draw through both of these loops on the hook – you now have 2 loops left on your hook. Yo ur working space should now look like this:

Insert your crochet hook into the next loop (the one further away from your chain), yarn over and draw through both of these loops on the hook – you now have 1 loop left on yourhook. Your working spaceshould now look like this:

2 loops left = 1 inch in diameter 2 stitches per inch = 10 stitches per inch In order to increase or decrease in size while crocheting this magic ring, you will need to work in the back loops only. To do this, yarn over and draw through both loops on your hook, then release the tension on your working yarn.

Repeat these steps until your magic ring is the size you want it to be. Note that you will need to chain 1 after each increase or decrease in size.

The Magic Ring Trick 4

The Magic Ring Trick is a very easy crochet action that can be used to create a variety of items. This tutorial will show you how to create a magic ring, and then use the ring to create a cowl. The cowl can be made in any size you like, and it is very versatile.

To begin:

Chain 3 (or any multiple of 3). Make a magic ring (see instructions below), and join with a slip stitch.

Chain 1, and make 12 double crochets in the ring (see photo). Be sure to space your stitches evenly around the ring.

After making your first double crochet, pull up a loop from the previous stitch. You now have two loops on your hook. Yarn over again, and place the hook into the second loop (the one you just pulled up).

Pull up a loop (3 loops total), and yarn over again to place it on your hook. Yarn over again twice, and place this new loop on top of the other two original loops on your hook (4 loops now). Yarn over once more, and pull tight to close the circle (5 loops now). You now have a “magic” ring!

To begin working with this newly created “magic” ring, chain 1 and make an initial dc in the top center of the ring. Yarn over once more, and pull through both loops on your hook (1 st now in the ring).

Chain 1 again, and make another dc in the same place. Yarn over once more, and pull through both loops on your hook (2 sts now in the ring). Continue crocheting in this manner, making 1 dc in each of the next 6 stitches, then 2 dc in the last stitch. You’ll now have a cowl!

To finish, cut the yarn, and thread it through the remaining loops on your hook. Pull tight to close up the loop.

The Magic Ring Trick 5

The Magic Ring Trick is a simple and easy crochet project that can be completed in no time at all. This tutorial will show you how to make a magic ring, and then use it to create a simple crochet bracelet. You will need basic crochet skills to complete this project.

To begin, chain three stitches, then make a ring with your first stitch. Chain two more stitches and join the ring by crocheting them together. You can now continue crocheting in the same pattern as before, making sure to increase the number of stitches every two rounds until you reach the desired length for your bracelet.

To finish off, decrease the number of stitches by one on the final round, and fasten off the yarn. You now have a beautiful crochet bracelet!
