To begin

Turn the work so that it is facing away from you and slip stich across both loops of the starting chain to join them together. Make sure that your newly joined sc is now at the top of your work.

Now it’s time to add the flair to your wings! Chain 3 (or any desired length), then work a dc into the first 2 sc, then sl st into the third sc. Make sure that your flair is now pointing in the direction that you want it to go. Repeat these steps across the top of your wing, then do the same thing on the other side.
Finally, attach your safety eyeshadow hanger by slipping it through one of the flair stitches on either side of your wingtip. Weave in any loose ends, and you’re ready to display your crochet angel wings!
